Admission Policy
The prospectus with the admission form is available at the cash counter of the college on a pre-payment of Rs. 500/-. A duly filled in admission form with attested copies of all the required documents is to be submitted at the registration counter.
Documents required with the admission form:
(a) Two self-addressed postcards.
(b) Original mark sheet of the qualifying examination with Two photocopies.
(c) Photocopies of the mark sheet of parts I, II, and III of the bachelor’s program (for admission in PG’s previous class).
(d) Two recent passport-size photographs.
(e) Transfer certificate (for new entrants).
(f) Candidates qualifying from other universities/boards need to submit their original migration certificate for enrollment in this university.
(g) Photocopy of secondary school certificate/mark sheet having date of birth (for new entrants).
(h) Certificate of participation in inter-school/collegiate games & sports, NCC, or cultural events for bonus marks in merit for admission (if any).
(i) SC/ST/OBC students should enclose a certificate of their category/caste.
The eligibility for admission to various courses in the college is in accordance with the norms determined by the Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Shekhawati University, Sikar and the admission rules published by the Commissioner of College Education, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Last date for the submission of the filled in admission form for the students of part I of B.Sc. will be the same as announced by the University/Directorate of College Education. For other classes, the last date for submission of the filled in admission form is June 30 of the respective session or 15 days after the declaration of result of the qualifying examination.
For postgraduate classes, the last date for the submission of the admission form is 15 days after the declaration of result of the qualifying examination.
The claims for reservation and relaxation in admission are subject to availability of seats and the rules laid down by the Commissioner of the College Education, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
• A candidate recommended for admission shall have to pay fees by the date notified by the college office. In case he/she fails to do it, his/her admission shall stand cancelled.
The Principal reserves the right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.
Students are normally not allowed to change their subjects once opted. Hence, they must choose the optional groups carefully. Subject to the availability of seats, students can change faculty/optional groups or subject with the permission of Principal within 15 days of the last date of admission. A student wanting change of subject will be permitted to change only one subject.
The management has the discretion to close a class/section having less than 10 students in a session. In such cases all the fees paid by the students of the class, except that for the prospectus, will be refunded.
Registration and identity card will be refunded on the production of a “No Dues” certificate. Such students must ensure his/her eligibility to the course in which he/she is admitted.
